Agreements
The Agreements page lists the agreements Limudi has sent to your schools, such as a pilot agreement or a data processing agreement (DPA), and shows whether each one is signed.
The list is read-only. The Limudi team sends agreements and records signatures.
Open Agreements
Organization Admins open the Management group at the bottom of the sidebar and click Agreements. The page is titled Agreements Management.
What the list shows
Under Sent Agreements, each row shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| School | The school the agreement is for |
| Recipient and Name | Who it was sent to |
| Language | The language of the agreement |
| Version | Which version of the document was sent |
| Sent At | When it was sent |
| Delivery | Email or DocuSign |
| Status | Signed or Pending for email. DocuSign agreements show the DocuSign status. |
| Signed At | When it was signed |
| View | View HTML and, when there is one, View PDF |
You see agreements for your own schools only.
