Can't find the answer you're looking for elsewhere? This section covers the most common issues users encounter and how to fix them quickly.

Quick Fixes

Before digging deeper, try these common solutions:

  1. Refresh the page: many temporary glitches go away after a refresh (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R)
  2. Clear your browser cache: go to your browser settings and clear cached data
  3. Try a different browser: Chrome and Firefox are fully supported
  4. Check your internet connection: make sure you're connected and the signal is stable
  5. Log out and log back in: this refreshes your session and fixes most sign-in problems

Server Problems

If Limudi can't reach its server, a banner at the top of the page says "We're having trouble reaching the server". Your work is saved on your device, so you can keep writing. When the connection returns, you'll see "Server is back online".

  • Lumi: click Help (the owl icon) in the toolbar to chat with our AI support assistant. If AI is turned off for your account, Help opens the support page instead.

When contacting support, please include: your email address, the device and browser you're using, a description of the problem, and any error messages you see. This helps us resolve issues faster.
