Who's Online
The Who's Online tab shows who in your school or organization is using Limudi. Open it from the Admin Dashboard: click Dashboard (or Admin) in the sidebar, then Who's Online.
The buttons at the top switch between Live and History.
Live
Live shows who is online now.
- The cards at the top count Total Online, Active and Idle users.
- The table lists each User, their Role, School, Current Page, Last Seen time and Session Duration.
- Search by name, username or school, and filter by role.
- The list refreshes on its own. Pause stops the refresh, Resume starts it again and Refresh reloads it now.
People appear within about 30 seconds of opening Limudi.
History
History shows who was online on a chosen day.
- Pick a Date, or step through days with Previous day, Next day and Today.
- The cards show Users Active, Active Heartbeats, Idle Heartbeats and Total Active Time.
- The table lists each user's Active Time, active and idle heartbeats, First Seen, Last Seen and Pages Visited.
- Search and filter by role work the same way as in Live.
