Student Work

Student Work shows every student's progress on every assignment in your school.

  • Filter by class and by assignment, or search for a student.
  • Each row shows the student, assignment, status, grade, authenticity, AI grade and progress.
  • Live refreshes the list every 30 seconds.
  • Export CSV downloads the rows that match your filters.

Click a row to open the submission, with its writing journey and authenticity details.

For the full guide, see Student Work.

Gradebook

Gradebook shows the grades for one class.

  1. Choose a class. The list includes every class in your school, with each class's teacher. Type to search it.
  2. Switch between By assignment and By student.
  3. Tick Include archived classes to see last year's classes.
  4. Click Export CSV to download the grades.

For the full guide, see Gradebook.

Organization Admins see schools and rosters

Organization Admins manage the schools, users and classes in their organization. They do not see assignments, submissions, grades, writing journeys or AI chats. Those pages are for teachers and school Administrators.

Administrators can act on submissions in their school the way a teacher can.

Experience as a Student

Experience as a Student lets Administrators try any assignment in the school the way a student sees it.

  1. Click Experience as a Student in the sidebar.
  2. Pick an assignment card to open it.
  3. Write in it as a student would. When you submit, Limudi scores your practice work and opens the review, so you see what a teacher would see.

On a card you already tried, Resume returns to your practice run, View Results opens its review and Try Again starts over.

For more, see Experience as a Student.
