Reviewer Guide

As a reviewer, you read and rate admissions essays for your organization's programs. Your Organization Admin creates your account and gives you your username and temporary password. Change the password after your first sign-in.

Your sidebar has two items: Dashboard and Admissions.

Your dashboard

Dashboard opens the Reviewer Dashboard:

  • Active Programs: how many of your organization's programs are active.
  • Total Submissions: how many essays have been submitted to those programs.
  • Pending Review: how many of the 10 most recent essays have no notes yet.
  • Programs: a card for each program with its prompt, the number submitted, the number of applicants out of the maximum and the deadline.
  • Recent Submissions: the 10 latest essays with Applicant, Program, Words, Submitted and Notes.

The Submissions page lists the submitted essays for every program in your organization.
