Journeys and Activity

Click Journeys in the left sidebar. The page is called Real-Time Activity Monitor and has three tabs: Journeys, Dashboard and Activity Log.

The class page's Journeys button opens this page filtered to that class.

Journeys Tab

This tab lists the writing journeys of your students' work. Only work typed in Limudi has a journey.

  • Filter with Filter by class and Filter by assignment.
  • Completed lists submitted work, newest first. Each card shows the authenticity score (High, Med or Low), the student, the assignment, the submission date, active time, keystrokes, words and the share that was pasted.
  • In Progress lists work students are still writing, with keystrokes, words and Last activity.

Click a card to open the Writing Journey.

Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab shows what is happening now.

  • At the top: Active Students and Active Drafts in the last hour, and Pastes (24h) and Chats (24h).
  • Below: one card per published assignment with recent activity, showing submissions, pastes and chats. Use Search assignments to find one.
  • Click the students button on a card to see a table with Status, Milestones, Word Count, Paste %, Chat Usage and Last Active for each student.
  • Click the arrow at the end of a row to see that student's activity on that assignment in the Activity Log tab.

Activity Log Tab

The Activity Log tab lists individual events.

  • Filter by student (All Students), assignment (All Assignments) and dates (Select dates...). Clear Filters removes them.
  • Use the type chips to show All Types or only Paste, Chat, Editing or Collaborative events.
  • Each row shows the student, the event type, the assignment, a short description and when it happened.
  • Click a row to see more. A paste shows the full pasted text. A chat opens the conversation on the AI Chats page.

View Full Activity Log in the review page's More menu (⋮) opens this tab filtered to that student and assignment.

Live Updates

The page opens paused. Click Resume to refresh every 10 seconds. A LIVE tag shows while it is on. Click Pause to stop. Live updates refresh the Dashboard and Activity Log tabs.
