Grades and Classes

Grade levels and classes are managed on two tabs of the Admin Dashboard: Grades and Classes. Open the dashboard with Dashboard (or Admin) in the sidebar.

Universities may see Departments and Courses instead of grades and classes.

Grades

The Grades tab lists the grade levels in your school, with the number of classes in each.

Add a grade level

  1. Click the Grade button (with the plus sign) at the top right.
  2. Enter a Name, such as "9th Grade".
  3. Enter the Grade number, such as 9. The list sorts by this number.
  4. Click Create.

Edit or delete a grade level

Use the pencil icon to edit and the trash icon to delete.

  • You cannot delete a grade level that still has classes. Move or delete its classes first.
  • Grades marked Global (all schools) are shared standard grades. They have no edit or delete buttons.

Classes

The Classes tab lists your classes with their teachers, number of students, academic year and semester.

  • Filter by school and by grade with the filters above the table. With only one school, it is selected for you.
  • Switch between Active and Archived classes with the buttons above the table.
